Product Description
1.1 This apparatus is a small type of machine for sucking fluffy
materials like feather and chemical fiber with a high pressure blaster and filling them into cloth- made pillow cores.
1.2. E type fan with a frequency inverter, is easy to adjust its wind force as required. the product will be more soft and smooth in appearance, it will be more easy to fill in the down and feather and power consumption can be reduced. If stronger wind is used, the product will be more compact and blockage will be reduced. China--patented technologies have been uniquely applied in this machine.
1.3 It is quicker to stop the machine. Blowing out of down and feather can be stopped within one minute after brake is applied on the fan. So the working place can be kept clean all the time. Down and feather can also be filled in at the outlet of the fan and its usage is quite simple.
1.5 Electric motor: 2.2 KW, The fan is wide in applicable power source: Single phase voltage: 200 �240 V, 50 �60 HZ. It can be installed and operated in China and in other countries.

1.8 Filling pipes of ф38-51-60-73-90mm can be provided according to customer� requests for filling feather into different shapes of cloth products. These optional filling pipes can be used to fill leaning- cushion, bedding, middle and large cloth toys and stuffed toys.
1.9 Operators need only to fill a pillow core to an approximately right weight, the filled pillow core should be weighed to get the exact weight. Then seal up the gap. Pillow core can also be filled with the exact weight of will be greatly reduced.
2. Installation
Place the machine on flat and solid floor. Connect the power cable of the machine to a circuit breaker . Start the machine and observe the revolving direction of the vaned wheel from the inlet of the fan to make sure that the fan revolves to the direction of the fan outlet.
